Carpet Master has a staff of in-house trained Customer Service Representatives (CSR) supervised by an Operations Manager to answer the phones, address customer questions and schedule customer appointments Monday through Saturday. As such, our customers are assured of speaking with a knowledgeable and helpful person when they call.

Carpet Master Chem-Dry is committed to responsive and flexible scheduling to meet our customers needs and will accommodate Sunday or evening jobs if requested. With a large fleet of vans operating 6 days a week (Sunday by appointment) from three strategically located service centers, we are able to provide superior services to homes and businesses throughout San Jose CA and South Bay California.
